Clients Outside Ontario

Though our firm is based in beautiful Toronto, Ontario, we may provide legal services to clients based elsewhere but looking for Canada-focused legal services, or operating in other provinces that have signed the Mobility Agreements and implemented applicable rules (i.e., most Canadian provinces other than Quebec).

British Columbia

We know there’s a lot of green and psychedelic business going on by Canada’s Pacific Coast. We’ve checked the rules and we’re happy to work with BC clients subject to applicable requirements (i.e., in the capacity of “visiting lawyer”).

Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia - what a province. You’ve got Halifax, the Bay of Fundy, and you really are extremely nice people. We’ve checked the rules and we’re happy to work with NS clients subject to applicable requirements (i.e., in the capacity of “visiting lawyer”).

Canada

If you are based in a province other than Ontario, BC, or NS, contact us to see if we can assist with your legal matter.

International

If you are based outside of Canada, we can only provide services regarding activities occurring in Canada at this time. In the future though, we hope to expand to the US.
