Story and Mission

Green Economy Law Professional Corporation is a boutique Toronto, Ontario-based law firm. It was founded in 2020 by Marc Z. Goldgrub, formerly an associate at premiere New York media firm Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks.

The firm’s mission is to make a positive contribution to solving society’s most pressing issues (e.g., climate, health, housing) through the vehicle of a for-profit, social enterprise law firm.

work & Practice Areas

We provide specialized legal counsel and services for sustainabilitypsychedelics, and housing-related matters.

We work with:

  • for-profit businesses;

  • non-profit organizations;

  • regulated professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, etc.); and

  • individuals, including both tenants and landlords.

You can find a full overview of the legal services we provide here, though they generally fall within the broader categories of litigation and corporate law. We do not accept matters bearing no connection with any of our practice areas.
