This package includes a few simple elements to help psychedelic integration coaches operate responsibly while limiting exposure to criminal and civil liability.
It includes:
• a one (1) hour legal counsel session covering risk reduction, compliance, and all other law-related questions and concerns;
• a follow-up best practices document reflecting legal topics discussed in session;
• a PIC services agreement tailored to the circumstances of one’s practice, with appropriate disclaimers and liability waiver provisions; and
• website review.
Additional terms will apply.

The Basic Business Startup package is available to for-profit and non-profit businesses and organizations, and includes:
• A NUANS name search;
• Incorporation filing (and initial return filing);
• Articles of incorporation (including for-profit business B Corp legal element);
• Operational bylaws;
• Organizing resolutions;
• Shareholder/member registry; and
• Share certificate (for-profits only, since non-profits don’t have shares).
As part of this package, we’ll work with you to ensure the corporation’s foundational documents match your requirements and priorities, and we’ll explain everything in the process that you might be less than 100% on. When everything is ready and assembled, all of the above will be sent to you in one clean, organized digital minute book file.

The Social Enterprise Startup package is available to for-profit businesses looking to position themselves for B Corp certification and non-profits. This pricing package includes:
• A NUANS name search;
• Incorporation filing (and initial return filing);
• Articles of incorporation (including B Corp legal element);
• Operational bylaws (By-Law No. 1);
• Social and environmental bylaws (By-Law No. 2);
• Organizing resolutions;
• Shareholder registry; and
• Share certificate.
This option does not guarantee you will pass B Corp certification (it’s a tough process), but we’ll work with you to incorporate as many social and environmental policies as possible into your bylaws from day one with reference to the actual B Corp impact assessment grading system. This way, we can help set you up for B Corp certification success when you choose to go through that process. You’ll also get one clean, organized minute book file with all of the above, as well as all the legal advice and guidance regarding incorporation that you would with the Basic Starter package.

This option, which you can book here, allows you to speak to a Green Economy Law lawyer for one (1) hour to answer all Canadian psychedelic law questions you may have. It can be conducted by phone, Zoom, or in person.
Note: We also offer a free 15 minute consultation option with no legal advice for those interested in engaging the firm for legal services. The paid consultation is simply an option for those looking solely for immediate legal advice.
